Barna lager, mely a főzőházi folyamatok során felhasznált festő- és karamellmalátáknak köszönhetően sötétbarna színű. Krémes, világosbarna habkoronával, kávés, kakaós aromákkal, közepes testtel és mérsékelt keserűséggel rendelkezik.

Sample at the Eurostash tasting on 04/30/09: Can from K. Kert 2000 Bt. in Budapest. The beer is a murky brownish-amber color with a thin beige head that dissipates to a film eventually. Thin stringy lacing on the glass. Roasted malt aroma with touches of fruit and yeast. Medium body with a sweet roasted malt character, and flavors of dark fruits and yeast. The finish is malty with a lingering sweetness left behind. Decent overall.

Malzig süß-herber Antrunk. Mild, süß bleibend, der Rest wird milder. Leichtkaramellig, weiter süß. Im Abgang kräftig malzig, brotig. Test vom 11.8.2008, Gebinde: Dose Noten: 10,8,9,9,10,- - 9,00

Bottled (BB 11/2008)
Dark ruby color, thick tan head. Sweet aroma of chocolaty molasses. Metallic, caramelly - something gone wrong in this beer. Annoying sweetness combined with iron flavor is not my idea about good dunkel. Soproni’s Démon succeeded much better.

(Bottle 50 cl) Chestnut coloured with a warm, reddish hue and a creamy, beige head leaving a pretty lacework. Lightly caramelish, malty aroma. Flavour is very malty, roasted, caramelish yet quite dry. Has some faint notes of smoke. Discreet bitter finish. 011005
