Bottle @Last Højbjerg Tasting in Højbjerg. Clear amber, airy offwhite pillow. Malty, herbal aroma. Sweet malty flavour, some herbal spices. Meh. Bitter, dry finish.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, toffee, little sugar, fruits and malt. Sweet malty finish.

Bottle @ Home. Pours clear dark reddish brown with a offwhite head. Aroma of malt, light fruity, sweet potatoes, mild spice. Flavor is light sweet, mild spicy, malt, little fruit, sweet patatoes, little spice. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, light sweet finish. 060521

Bottle.Dark ruby colour with medium head.Aroma is rich malty with flavour of vegetables and berries lively and gassy mouth feels sweet malty finish.

33cl bottle from Biiru's Christmas calendar. Pours clear, dark brown with a modest, tanned head. Malty and somewhat caramelly with earthy notes, hints of fruits and herbs. Sweet, but balanced with medium flavour intensity and bitterness on the lighter side. Rather nice, and it will probably be good for food pairing.

30-10-20 // KKR Halloween Tasting - wow, very positively surprised. A unique and distinctive flavor to it. Stronger malt body. Amber malty sweetish. Earthy dry. A sweetsour sweet potato aroma. Bitter finish.
