Siram Retto, our ode to Maris Otter we brewed with Prolyfk Brewing Project. A long boil hopped throughout with EKG gives us a rich and multilayered experience of toast, marmalade, and treacle.

Unrelenting in its sweetness, layer upon layer of caramel and maple syrup and molasses and dried fruit and sweet berry, just an absolute sugar rush of a beer. In dire need of some hops to offset the excess. A couple sips were plenty.
