Sampled from the tap at Broken Top Bottle Shop. Pours a clear deep red with a white head that dissipates to the edges quickly. Aroma has dry red grapes and slightly sweet cherry with a rose and oak note supporting. Flavor has sour cherry and dry red wine with some oak backing.

500 ml corked and caged, 2020 vintage. Aroma has notes of matchsticks, grapes, funk, lemon, vanilla, red wine vinegar. Pours clear rosé pinkish-red with an immediately collapsing pinkish-white head. Taste is moderately sour (7/10) with flavors like the aroma. Highly carbonated bubbly mouthfeel. Nice beer.

Lci, rose notes are nice, mellow dry funk, crisp finish, sweet upfront.
