On tap the at the brewpub. 21/07/2015 two days after the Etape du Tour. Light hazed yellow / golden colourd pour with a thin white head. Aroma is herby mint, light grains, fennel. Flavour is light grains, fennel , liquorice, crisp grains, fairly clen, nice. Palate is high carbonation, spritzy airy carbonation, crisp finish.
