On tap at the brewery. Mostly clear reddy, dark amber coloured pour with a lasting thin light tan head. Aroma is semi sweet, nutty malts, strawberry shortcake, caramel. Flavour is composed of nutty caramel malts, strawberry shortcake, little earthy, tart berry. Palate is semi sweet, moderate highish carbonation, earthy and tangy finish.
