Sampled on draft at Draai Laag this cider poured a hazy yellow color with a small foamy white head that left no lacing. The aroma was honey, a hint of apple and a vague herbal note. The flavor was tannic and dry with a bit of honey, wood, a hint of golden fruits and ginger powder. Long finish. Medium body. Meh.
