Sampled on draft at Hou Thou this beer poured a murky apricot color with a large fluffy yellow-white head that lingered and left great lacing. The aroma was strong sweet peach followed by apricot, pineapple, pear and sugar. The flavor was sweet yet bitter with notes of cracker, yeast, a touch of booziness, and a white zinfandel note followed by pineapple, apricot, peach, pear and orange and an herbal undertone with some white pepper. Its got a whole lot going on and the flavors meshed well. Long finish with a growing booziness that still worked. Moderately full bodied. Outstanding.
