A classic Belgian-style witbier with additions of fresh orange zest and coriander. Light on the palate with a fluffy body and tart, citrus melange pop on the finish. The namesake “white” haze comes from unmalted grains and Belgian yeast. Bright lemon notes from fresh-ground coriander blend with sweet, smooth fresh orange peel. Silver Medal, 2019 Australian International Beer Awards (Silver Medal)

Tap at Pasteur Street. Poured a hazy golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, big yeasty, bubblegum, light banana. The flavour is acid citrus, with a light dry cheesy yeast, smooth, light floral perfume palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation.
