We brought together hops from both sides of the Atlantic to create this bright and flavoursome Pale Ale. Jester and Harlequin form the UK combine with Columbus and Mosaic from the USA to deliver notes of pineapple, passionfruit and grapefruit with a dank and herbal edge.

So so. Muted hop character, a little pithy citrus. Some vaguely tangy lemony notes that seem out of place. Faded pine needles. A rare miss from Elusive.

Can bought at the brewery. Clear light gold. Thick fluffy foamy white head. Aroma has the promised fruit and a bitter herbal streak. Fruity. Juicy. A bitter and resinous streak- more fruit and herbs. Underlying malts provide something to chew on. Light. Thin. Pillow soft carbonation with a fizzy tickle. Long dry astringent finish. Juicy but bitter Pale Ale. Yep.

Gravity cask at the Royston, Broadstairs, 19/03/2025.
Clear golden with a lasting just off white cap.
Nose is tangerine, grass, melon, light breads, pale malts.
Taste comprises tangerine, grass, light soapy rinse, bread dough.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close splashed with mellow hop bitterness.
Okay easy drinking pale ... just a light soapy touch I'm the taste for me that drops the score a touch.
