Draught at Brewer's Tap, 3/19/25.
Clear deep brass, little/no head.
Strong Brett with good acidity and a fair bit of band aid, but not too much. Gentle but rich oak tones and a big mustiness/funkiness and lingering mineral. Malts/wheat seem supple and supportive.
Tart and very lemony. A bit thin, unfortunately, which is really the only detractor here. Otherwise, it's got no acetic, mellow lactic and vivacious Brett with playful but not too tannic oak. Lingering lemon and lemongrass.

On draft at the brwery. Pours a hazy gold with an off white head. Aromas of brett. Flavors are of tart white grapes. Moderately sour finish.
