Sampled on draft this beer poured a very dark brown color - almost black with orange highlights and a large foamy dark brown head that left good lacing. The aroma was sweetish and toasty with elements of bourbon, dark fruit and chocolate. The flavor was strong bourbon, coconut, vanilla, toasty malts and strong chocolate. Very long finish. Full bodied and smooth. The alcohol was well contained. Fantastic!
