Sampled on cask this beer poured a hazy copper color with a medium sized foamy orange-white head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was grapefruit and pine with a woody and nutty undertone. The flavor was bitter grapefruit and pine mixed with wood, malt and just a hint of apple. Long finish. Moderately full bodied. Interesting.
