Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a hazy yellow-gold color with a large foamy white head that lingered and left excellent lacing. The aroma was bitter with perfume, cactus, pine and was totally dominated by the sharp hoppy presence. The flavor was bitter, tour and tart with notes of catbox, pine, cactus and a yeasty and sugary undertone. Long finish. Full body. Disappointing.
