Sampled on draft at Hou Thou this beer poured a cloudy apricot color with a medium sized foamy white head that left good lacing. The aroma was tart peach and pear with a musty undertone. The flavor was tangy and sweet with a musty presence and strong notes of peach, pear and apricot. Long sugar and golden fruit finish. Moderately full bodied. Excellent.
