Sampled on draft at Independent Brewing this beer poured a murky caramel-tan color with a medium sized foamy orange-white head that left good lacing. The aroma was tart and intensely fruity with grapefruit, pear, tropical fruits and fruit cocktail. The flavor was tart and bitter with tropical fruits, fruit cocktail, lemon peel, a boozy presence and a hint of sour caramel. Long finish. Moderately full bodied. Nice.
