500ml bottle. Opalescent, amber colour with small to average, dense, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy fruity and resinous, slightly piney, hoppy aroma with jelly bear character, pale and caramel malty background, notes of pineapple and mandarine, hints of grapefruit, orange peel, a touch of red berries, somehow perfumed, condensed overtones. Taste is bitter, citrusy fruity and resinous, slightly piney hoppy, caramel and pale malty backbone with low residual sweetness, hints of marmalade, almond, a touch of red berries, dark honey, minimally papery overtones; lingering, bitter hoppy finish with a minimally warming alcoholic touch, well hidden alcohol overall.
Oily texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously slightly dry palate, fine, soft to flat carbonation.
Fairly bitter but not overly flavourful, moreover almost insipid - not fully convincing.
