Draught at the flower parade, Hirsohima. Very black, small head. Chocolatey aroma with smoke or ash. Salty and chocolatey, spritzy with medium body. Burnt dark chocolate with salty bitterish finish. A drinker friendy stout on the kind side.

From the cask at the Micr-brewers Festa in Hiroshima. Sour, fruity notes that don’t really go well in a stout. Different, and not really bad, but not great. I think the bottle was better! (Bottle remarks: Black, with a very tall tan head. Rather fragrant aroma of coffee, roasted malt, chocolate. Somewhat sweetish. Flavor is on the sweet side, with full malt richness, good body. Roasted barley gives a decent coffee-like drying balance and bitterness. Light side for a stout, relatively dry overall but with decent sweetness as well. Good balance. Interesting and nice. Malty, roasted, drying finish with a touch of remaining sweetness.)
