Tap at Komachi. Hazy blond color with lace. Rich, spicy malt nose, estery fruits. Spicy, maltty, bready, honey, spicy yeast. A bit on the heavy side. Ok but a bit too sweet and spicy.

Tap @ iBREW Shinbashi. Nice golden pour, just a bit misty. Nose has some Belgian yeast esters, simple and sweet. Tastes like melted sugar candies, kind of sweet and some Belgian yeast spices thrown in. Not bad but well, not too special either.

Draft at Beer Komachi, Kyoto. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of yeast, malt, light herbs and caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at Beer Komachi, Kyoto. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a thin white head and some broken lace. The aroma is malt, Belgian yeast, light citrus fruit. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a light, crisp, fresh, smooth, yeasty, light fruit, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Very Saison like. Probably used Saison yeast. Very sessionable.
