Monogamy is our ongoing series of IPAs brewed exclusively with one hop variety at a time. Ie, a delicious, controlled experiment designed to give us all a better understanding of what a hop can do when it flies solo.

For this batch, we used solo Alora hops - a new aroma hop variety from the Hopsteiner Breeding Program. This hop is one of the most carbon footprint friendly hops grown to date, and features a distinct citrus flavour.

This Monogamy has notes of candied pineapple, cantaloupe, and coconut.
