Hazy golden and copper coloured body with a relatively fast-dying tan head, only a centimetre tall. Aroma of crisp lemons, light bready and biscuity malt and a touch of grain, all with a good hop Aroma of resin and pine. Medium-bodied; Strong hoppy flavour with a bunch of biscuits and lighter malt noticeable, coupled with some sugars from caramel and crisp melons and ending with a robust and relatively pungent herbal hoppy bite at the end. Aftertaste is deep with the good balance of malt and hops and ending with a distinct lager yeast and pleasant hop bitterness from herbal and grassy notes. Overall, a very nice lager that almost drinks like an Ale, but with plentiful hops and a great balance throughout. Great to sample on draught and worth trying if you can find it, fresh, especially. I sampled this sixteen ounce pour on draught at Whole Foods in Pentagon City (Arlington), Virginia on 10-August-2017 for US$5,00 sampled at the end of my driveway!

4 oz pour on draft at B Side served in a wine glass. Clear golden orange with off-white head. Aromas of floral notes, orange citrus, malt, light pine. Tastes of floral notes, orange citrus, malt. Medium body with a dry finish. Pretty nice, drinks like an IPA almost.
