Crisp golden coloured body with a peach glow and a thick, three centimetre tall just off-white head. Aroma of nice fruits, along with some more noticeable floral and grassy aromas along with some fresh wheat and yeast notes as well. Light to Medium-bodied; Noticeable sweet and floral flavours at first with some of the tea and fruit sweetness coming through at first, with a lot of carbonation and following with a crisp, grassy wheat note. Aftertaste shows more sweetness with some herbal and perfumey aspects coming through and finishing with a smooth and plentiful grassy and herbal effervescence. Overall, a nice and refreshing beer that borders on the sweet side of things, but a nice one to try as a special release at one of my wife’s favourite restaurants, while being here in Hong Kong. I sampled this 33 cL bottle at the Harbour City Location of the restaurant, but also saw it available yesterday at the Wan Chai location on 29-July-2017 for HK$42,00 sampled at the restaurant while eating some good food and xiao long bao.
