Very murky brown red color. Doesn’t particularly look appealing. Nice citrusy nose with a good amount of strawberry. Dry, with lots of dried fruit on the palate but body is a bit weak. Medium carbonation. Not that aggressively bitter. Kinda meh.

Draft at Mikkeller, Tokyo. Fairly hazy brown with an off white head. Aroma of big dank hops, citrus, fruits and light malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at Mikkeller Tokyo. Poured a murky medium brown colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy malt, biscuit, dough, mineral, earthy, light fruit. The flavour is moderate to light sweet, light bitter with a light, toffee malt, biscuit, light red berry fruit, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
