Bottle from the brewery, as Helles Lager 4.5%. Biscuity, bready malt nose, very nice, rich malts. A bit of lemony, spicy noble hops. Great nose. Bright, clear gold. Head fades too fast. Bready flavor, soft, malty, just right. Touch of hops. Fluffy, fresh baked bread-like body. This ticks all the boxes. Just slightly under-carbonated maybe. Most authentic Helles in Japan--this year anyway.

Draft at iBrew original, Tokyo. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of grain, yeast and malt. Flavour is light sweet and bitter. Light bodied with light moderate carbonation.

Tap at IBREW Ginza. Poured a crystal clear light golden colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy malt, cardboard, light hop. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a light, grainy, watery light hop palate. Light bodied with average carbonation.
