Sample at the taproom during the Taproom Opening event on 06/23/2021. Clear copper-orange color with a medium thin white head that dissipates quickly to a wispy film. Short strings of lace. Funky and fruity aroma with yeast and malt notes. Medium body with flavors of funky yeast, citrus, oak and doughy malt. The finish is funky with a fruity yeast aftertaste. Good beer overall.
