Slightly hazy golden. Slight tart funky yeasty nose with lemon, peaches, black pepper and puff wheat. Modestly hoppy, nice gentle mouthfeel with modest bitterness. Decent yeastiness. Off dry modest bitter finish. Nothing exemplary but solid take. Very enjoyable

Tap at Bungalow. Citrus hops prominent in the nose, bready, wheaty malt, spicy yeast. Very cloudy pale yellow color with a low, thin head. Great citrus hop flavor, and they go well with the spicy yeast. Creamy, bready malt. Rich body but not heavy. Not Yorocco's best saison but very good work for the first beer on a new system!

Draft at Mikkeller Tokyo. Fairly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of peppery saison yeast, herbs and citrus. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at Mikkeller Tokyo. Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy malt, yeasty, dry cheesy hop. The flavour is Saison yeast, light acid citrus, with a light, crisp, fresh, citrus fruit, dry, light hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
