Sample at the brewery. Brown-black pour with a medium tan head that diminishes gradually to a film. Small patches of lace. Aroma of roast malt, peppers, vanilla and chocolate. Full-bodied with flavors of chocolate malt, chili pepper, vanilla and cinnamon. The finish is smoked peppers and chocolatey cinnamon. Good beer overall.
