Guava and lime. Tart boi. Refreshing after moving cases of beer all day.

Sample at Derive during the Saison and Sour Fest on 06/05/2021. Cloudy copper-orange color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Fruity aroma with vanilla and malt in the background. Light-bodied with flavors of citrus and stone fruits, vanilla, malt and almond. The finish is fruity and nutty with a guava aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
