Sample during the ElkMoose Me, But Why Is Your Glass MT? event on 07/10/2020. Slightly hazy reddish-maroon color with a thin pinkish-white head that burns away quickly to an outer ring. Sparse strings of lace. Aroma of oak, wine, yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of vinous oak, red wine, yeast and doughy malt. The finish is oaky with a wine and mildly funky yeast aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
