Sample at Porch Growler. Brown-black pour with a medium thick beige head that diminishes gradually to a dense film. Small patches of lace. Malt, dark chocolate and bourbon in the nose. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky bourbon, roast malt, bittersweet chocolate and subtle brine. The finish is oaky with a bourbon and malt aftertaste. Good beer all around.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2019. Pours a deep amber brown with a yellowish brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a bit of soy sauce, dark grains and roasted malts with bourbon and a bit oyster backing. Flavor has dark grains, roasted malts and a bit of oyster with some bourbon barrel backing.
