Rachel is at it again with another pie-style sour! This batch offers a nice, simple flavor profile that lets our house culture shine and finishes with a creamy coconut finish. Tart lemon-lime flavors up front keep this beer sharp and refreshing, and complement the cracker-like quality of the grain bill. A big addition of toasted coconut in the fermenter yielded subtle authentic coconut flavors that come through in the finish.

Sample at The Source. Hazy bright yellow color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of citrus, coconut, wheat and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of tart lemon, toasted coconut and bready malt. The finish is sour lemon and coconuts. Above average overall.
