Tap at Zhang Men, Kowloon. Poured a clear light golden colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is malt, light woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a crisp, dry yeasty, dry hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.
