Draft at the Zhang Men Brewery, Hong Kong. Clear brown with a white head. Aroma of oak, tart plums and overripe dark fruits. Flavour is moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at Zhang Men, Kowloon. Poured a clear reddish brown colour with a bubbly round head. The aroma is yeasty, biscuit dough, citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate sour, with a, yeasty, oaky, dry fruity palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
