Tap at Zhang Men, Kowloon. Poured a clear golden colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is malt, light citrus, big coffee. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a light, malt, dry coffee, light floral dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
