On tap at Zhang Men - Yongkang, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out corn, biscuity malt and straw - quite grainy. Flavour is grainy, with straw, biscuity malt and cereal grains. Dry and easy. Pleasant for what it is.

Draft at the Zhang Men Brewery, Hong Kong. Slight hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of grain, light malt and corn. Flavour is above light sweet and light bitter. Light bodied with light carbonation.

Tap at Zhang Men, Kowloon. Poured a clear straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy malt, hay, corn, gluey, light hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a light, skunky malt, light dry hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation.
