Tap @ the brewpub. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are chilies, vegetables, malt, hops and has a nice warming chili finish.

On tap at Zhang Men - Yongkang, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out essence of chili peppers upfront, with tons of Szechuan peppercorns that tingle the tongue, with quite a floral overtone. Flavour is quite spicy, with lots of floral notes, Szechuan peppercorns, and spicy chili peppers. It has more of the flavour from the chilis than actual spiciness. Fun beer. Andrew and Eugene would love this.

Draft at the Zhang Men Brewery, Hong Kong. Near clear golden orange with a white head. Aroma of lemon, lemongrass, spice, light herbs and citrus. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and bitter. Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

Tap at Zhang Men, Kowloon. Poured a clear golden colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy floral, lemongrass, perfume. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a light, watery, floral, light spicy palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.
