Sample at the taproom. Hazy pale golden color with a medium white head that evaporates steadily to a film. Short strings of lace. Aroma of stone fruit, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of tart apricot and lemon, mildly funky yeast and doughy malt. The finish is tart with an apricot aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
