On tap at Zhang Men, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh kumquat upfront, with a touch of floral notes. Flavour is pretty monolithic on the kumquats, with a juicy, citrusy character. Nice use of the kumquats. Simple but refreshing.

Draft at the Zhang Men Brewery, Hong Kong. Slight hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of massive kumquat with lemon notes. Flavour is moderate sweet. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at Zhang Men, Kowloon. Poured a clear straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeast, grainy, big kumquat, light orange citrus. The flavour is moderate sweet with a light watery mineral, light citrus fruit palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.
