I was worried by the bubbles upon opening and the age but for 2017 it has held up fantastically. low oxidation, solid apple brandy notes and malt hop finish still holds strong. Thanks Irish M.

Sample during Blarney Wine Festival 2018 on 03/17/2018. The beer is a cloudy reddish-copper color with a thin off-white head that recedes quickly to a sparse outer ring. Sparse strings of lace. Aroma of oak, malt, vanilla and apple. Medium to full body with flavors of oaky apple brandy, malt and vanilla. The finish is sweet with a brandy, apple and citrus aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
