Sample at Daily Growler UA. The beer is a dark brown color with a medium beige head that diminishes steadily to a film. Small patches of lace. Aroma of roast malt, rye and dark chocolate. Full-bodied with flavors of charred malt, spicy rye, chocolate and a bit of fruit. The finish is chocolatey with a rye malt aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
