Sample during "Hillary’s Portland to Columbus Beer & Birthday Bash!" on 01/20/2018. The beer is a slightly cloudy ruddy-amber color with a medium frothy pinkish-white head that diminishes gradually to a wispy film. Sparse strings of lace. Aroma of oak, funky yeast, tart fruit and malt. Medium body with flavors of tart plums, oak, mildly funky yeast and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately tart with a yeast and pluot aftertaste. Good beer overall.
