Sample at the taproom. The beer is a clear golden color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lace. Aroma of yeast, ginger, smoked wood and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of peppery yeast, ginger, charred malt and fruit. The finish is spicy yeast and fruit. Decent overall.
