This beer is a hazy pale orange color with a medium thick frothy white head that dissipates gradually to a film. Sticky strings of lacing. Yeast, fruit and malt in the nose. Light to medium body with flavors of herbal yeast, apricot, vinous oak and malt. The finish is yeast and mildly tart apricot. Pretty good all around.
