Sample at Sheffield’s in Chicago. Dark brown color with a medium light beige head that diminishes gradually to a dense film. Sticky small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of roasted coffee, malt and chocolate. Light to medium body with flavors of coffee, charred malt and mild chocolate. The finish is roasty with a coffee aftertaste. Above average overall.
