I Heard This Was Local” an extremely special 12 Month Bourbon Barrel-Aged Barleywine with cookie bits and pecans! This is the barrel-aged version of “Is It Local?” our collab brew with @dancinggnome . Just like the Gnome crew, we knew this batch was special, so we hung on to a portion of it to age in those “OH SO SWEET” bourbon barrels.

FLN it's basically a massive cookie forward booze bomb. The nose is gnarly good, front of booze and chocolate chip cookies, some toffee, some caramel, but the cookies definitely dominate.
