28/7/2018. Can at Højbjerg tasting. Pours hazy amber with a small lasting bubbly off-white head. Aroma of malt, hops, fruit, rye, hint of chocolate and pine. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation.

Can @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours clear dark amber with small off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and caramel, with eserty and fruity notes. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of malt and yeast and touches of caramel. Bitter and estery aftertaste. Okay but not top notch.

Can @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are fruits, malt, caramel, hops, pine and has a sweet hoppy finish.

Can @ Saxo tasting. Clear amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and moderate hoppy - fruity and spicy. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Sweet and rather bitter finish. 280718

330ml can from the Co-op. Hazy amber-red colour, foamy off-white head leaving lacing and aroma of marshmallow. Taste is malt caramel, sweet fruity, toffee, chocolatey hint, berry hop, with some light bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, tangy finish. Quite OK.

Can from Rehills of Jesmond. Appearance - deep copper with a lovely lacy head. Nose - red and orange fruit. Cake. Hint of highland toffee. Taste - more toffee, cake and some dried orange. Palate - creamy and medium bodied. Elegant finish. Overall - lovely beer.

Can thanks to Ashton McCobb. Pours crystal clear red-amber with a thick off-white head. Aromas of sharp red fruit, redcurrant, light cinder toffee, red grape. Taste has the rye spice, more red grape and light toffee. Bitter finish. Nice.
