Sample at the taproom (as Somerset IPA). Slightly hazy orange-amber color with a medium bone white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Sticky strings of lace. Aroma of herbal hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of resiny hops, grapefruit and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a dank citrusy hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
