Sample at the taproom. Clear orange-amber color with a medium bone white head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Strings of lace. Aroma of tart fruit, yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of oak, funky yeast, stone fruit and malt. The finish is oaky and tart with a peach aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
