Sample at the taproom during FoBAB Weekend! on 11/09/2019. Inky black pour with a medium tan head that diminishes gradually to a film. Patchy lacing. Aroma of bourbon, maple and malt. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky bourbon, sweet maple, chocolatey malt and vanilla. The finish is oaky and sweet with a bourbon and maple aftertaste. Good beer all around.
