On draught at the brewpub during the Paperweight Variant Release event on 06/22/2019. Turbid pulpy orange juice pour with a thin white head that diminishes quickly to a wispy film. Spotty lacing. Aroma of pepper and herbs along with stone fruit and wheat. Medium body with flavors of peppery onion and spinach, tart apricot, savory spices and wheat. The finish is oniony and fruity with an herbal aftertaste. Should have been a mess but enjoyable overall.
